Our Donation Campaign

Our donation campaign this year supports a local organization in Contra Costa County, Winter Nights Family Shelter.  This wonderful organization helps protect homeless families by providing shelter in a clean, safe and warm environment while assisting them in moving towards self-sufficiency and into stable housing.   With the help of supporters like you we can help Winter Nights Family Shelter even more and make the community and world we live in a better place.  We appreciate and are grateful for any donation received! 

Why Your Donation Matters

Every dollar we earn this year will support Winter Nights Shelter.  With your help we will be able to help Winter Nights accomplish its mission to provide guidance and support so that families can work towards overcoming the barriers to sustainable housing.  Listed below are some examples of where you money will help.

$2500: Covers the cost for 1 Winter Night for 9 families (includes shelter, food and staff support services)

$1000: Covers the cost of 2 Chromebooks and accessories for student remote learning

$500: 3 tents: A 6-person tent for a large family; a 4 person tent for a small family and a 2 person tent for single parent/child 

$250: Sleep set for one person: sleeping pad, sleeping bag, fitted sheet, pillow and pillow case

$100: 2 umbrella strollers

$50: 126 diapers for a toddler, plus baby wipes 

$25: "Kit for a Kid" - toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, washcloth, 6 pairs of sock
