This year Danville Children's Guild's work continues by raising funds for The Bay Area Crisis Nursery (BACN). BACN was established to help prevent child abuse and neglect by providing supportive services to families. The primary service is providing a warm, loving, homelike environment for children from birth to five years of age. The Nursery offers 24-hour care and emergency child care services. which in turn, offers respite for parents facing a crisis or stressful situation. BACN services are free, confidential and voluntary.
